How I Think

I ask why before I ask how.
I ask how before I ask what.

When I look at a product, a website, or a piece of hardware, I do not see what is on the surface. I see the decisions that created the surface. The logic underneath. The system behind the interface.

Complexity is the default.

Clarity is a decision you have to keep making.

The layer you cannot see

is the one that matters most.

If you cannot explain it from first principles,

you do not own it yet.

Design is not about what you add.

It is about what you have the courage to remove.

The Path

No degree. No bootcamp.

PHASE 01

Design

Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Learned that composition is an argument, not decoration.

PHASE 02

3D & Space

Blender. Learned that space, light, and depth are decisions that change what things mean.

PHASE 03

Systems

Linux. Bash scripts. Hardware mods. Understood what the kernel does while the interface looks calm.

PHASE 04

Full Stack

React, Next.js, React Native. The designer and the developer are the same person. No handoff.
